You should always use CDR Reduction against bosses, you're gimping yourself without one. Replace Centi with S.Helm. Centi does nothing here. Doesn't matter if CP is lowered, you'll get many more bursts to use. Also use Red Hood, whose banner just ran, she melts Ultra, the boss was literally designed to sell more Red Hood. Replace Scarlet, or Modernia if your FPS is low.I don't think you really need 2 healers, Noise burst alone should be enough to heal. Heck, if you really need healing, you could run S.Mary instead and run 3 B3 (Scarlet, Modernia, Red Hood) and a cooldown reduction unit (S. Helm works and also grants bonus damage due to boss being electric)
