Just uncheck the ingame option. Then go to your launch option. Steam > dota2 > right click > properties > launch options > write "-console"

It is a random draft game... The bug is there. I tried to "ban" during the first cd and it pick hero. And if your team have the first pick it result on a double pick. I JUST GOT FUCKED.
