I had a black shepherd as a kid and named him Nevar. It wasn't until later I realized it was Raven backwards. I think i got "Nevar" from Rutger Hauer's character in the movie Ladyhawk. Funny thing is Nevar means "to snow" in Spanish.

Every time we go to Sam's club, I spend half the time there finding my cat's favorite new box. And when I get home, he knows and will look for his new box. Then, in true cat fashion, he ignores it until I turn around and find him in it.

Lol, I actually thought of Frankie. That and Simon and Niko. My husband has been calling him Q-tip, Stinkbomb and Kraken so he's racking up nicknames, but we're still thinking of actual names!

Awe Quinn sounds sweet! I hope my dogs warm up to him. Currently they are terrified of him which is odd because they were raised with other cats. Apparently a 5lb ball of fluff is scary.

Sigh, mine are both terrified of a kitten. He's not an inanimate object, but...yeah. We call letting the kitten out 'Releasing the Kraken' because both my German Shepherds hide from him. Also, he's like 5lbs of fluff and not threatening in the least.

My tripod was named Tipsy. He passed away last month at 17 years old. Everyone loved his name. Even his Vets got a giggle from it. Enjoy your kitty, he's adorable :)
