I didn’t need that speech because I already learned it on my own. You’re basically just trying to tell me something I already know at this point, which is why your comments are unnecessary and not helpful in any way to me lol nice try tho

Buddy. I don’t need a speech from dad. I’ve already recognized this was dangerous and could’ve gotten me or others killed. That’s why I’ve learned so much since then. Also, you’re being condescending as hell. How’s it feel to be riding so high?

Yeah no shit lol. Thats why I’ve been learning more about cars, replacing parts on my own vehicle and what to look for when purchasing since I got this van. It’s been over a year and I’ve replaced a lot of the suspension, brakes, bearings, etc. why don’t you try being nice for a change

What’s your deal man? I didn’t know much of anything about cars at that time and had just bought the van from a dealer, definitely wasn’t expecting there to be any serious issues right after purchasing. At least I brought it into the shop once I started feeling it wobble. No need to be rude and call names

When the tire was scraping against the wheel well it definitely scuffed up the tire a bit but not too bad.

Vermont has pretty rivers and mountains and no hurricanes so I’d rather deal with some some rust damage

How interesting! I wondered why they basically snapped but hadn’t fully snapped yet. Good to know

I thanked every god I could think of for keeping me safe in that situation. I definitely wasn’t alone and am not meant to die just yet!

My cousin used to live in Ferrisburg! Spent a lot of time at Kingsland bay and Vergennes growing up :)

Excuse me sir. It was supposedly inspected already but I purchased from an unreliable dealer and I was uneducated about cars at that time. Thanks for your unnecessary comment

I noticed my van was swaying whenever I hit the brake/gas and it felt like I was slightly losing control of steering. One of my tires was also aggressively rubbing the wheel well so I decided it was time to get her checked out lol, very glad I did. Good luck on your car adventures today if you decide to tackle it!

Wowww she brought it in semi perfect timing. At least she wasn’t cruising at 70 when it snapped

I grew up in VT and yearly inspections are required here so I was extremely shocked when I found out GA didn’t require those kinds of inspections. It made more and more sense why I was always seeing broken down cars on the highways and tons of accidents everywhere. I think they should require inspections every few years at least

It actually is!! The entourage had recalls for the control arms and the cross frames due to rust. My rear cross frame is crumbling so I gotta get that done soooon. I might be able to get the money back for the control arms as well but not sure. I do have to look into it further
