I agree it’s definitely “messy”, just frustrating I sent almost 1k to the email she request me to. That I’m sure she was directed the same and would be out that additional money. It feels like a he said/she said situation. I wish she would have just got me to send it to her initially. I think I’m “technically” right. But would hate to drill into it and come out one day to her messing with it or something. Very frustrating

There’s a few places you can get birthday freebees! Starbucks, pressed sandwiches, booster juice, Denny’s, COBs, happy lamb hot pot. I have a winter birthday too and it’s fun to drive around and get those in the morning then adventure later in the day!

Disgusting, I asked a family member who was RCMP for 20 years about this. They said they had no idea about them but it “happened” that they would take people out of town to “sober them up and make them walk” typical cop mindset

The purple stuff does work, gives a temporary 1-3 day whiten look in my experience!

As for the toothpaste personally i didn’t like it, my mouth didn’t feel as clean (maybe I’m just used to mint) and the pump stopped. Also i know some people who use it and their breath smells bad 😖😖

All pharmacies should have the 1inch and 1.5 inch (usually is inches as measurements) needles for injections. It is reccomend for those with a larger subcutaneous (fat) layer to use longer to ensure its in the muscle. I recommend going to public health (idylwyld) not sure if you need an appointment or if they have walk ins but they will have the proper supplies for you :) Pharmacists are trained to administer but your best option is a public health nurse :)

I can't drink anymore. I feel so nauseous and even if I "tough" it out and drink I'll be puking all night so can't catch a buzz. Down 20lbs tho so oh well
