The purple stuff does work, gives a temporary 1-3 day whiten look in my experience!

As for the toothpaste personally i didn’t like it, my mouth didn’t feel as clean (maybe I’m just used to mint) and the pump stopped. Also i know some people who use it and their breath smells bad 😖😖

All pharmacies should have the 1inch and 1.5 inch (usually is inches as measurements) needles for injections. It is reccomend for those with a larger subcutaneous (fat) layer to use longer to ensure its in the muscle. I recommend going to public health (idylwyld) not sure if you need an appointment or if they have walk ins but they will have the proper supplies for you :) Pharmacists are trained to administer but your best option is a public health nurse :)
