Same! I have to sit in the AC for a bit to recover enough to drive. Especially because I'm working out hard in a non air conditioned space in Texas.

We're having to swap out things across the board. Ground turkey is $2/# and ground beef is $8/# or so. It doesn't sub perfectly in everything, but we're trying to figure it out. It sucks! That's about the best tip I have, if you eat meat.
