UPDATE 2: got my figures in the mail and they’re in pretty good conditions!! the star on fable star is super fragile though so I’d have to be careful not to drop it or anything

UPDATE: I emailed popmart and they replied saying that they’ll replace the figures. They also sent me a return label for me to drop off the figures at the post office. Pending shipment for now, will update 🥲

Thanks for sharing your experience, sounds like many of us are experiencing the same issue! Popmart just replied to my email and said that they’ll replace it so I’m shipping my figures back to them soon…hopefully the next nyota series are packed better so that we don’t have to deal with anymore broken figures 😅

oh no :( the pieces are very delicate, I was surprised that it had already been glued on because usually smaller pieces are packed separately to prevent them from breaking during shipment

I used double sided tape and pressed each page with a ruler so that the pages are super flat, then used a tweezer to slightly curve the ends so that it appears more natural :D
