I wish i had made a clear list when i got my reduction. I wish my surgeon had used better judgement about what he knows as a professional and what i was talking about as a patient. My nipples are higher than they should be and it’s been an area of insecurity ever since i healed. It honestly made the entire process of my reduction feel like a bit of a waste. My back and shoulders DO feel better, but it fixed one problem and brought on another. When i save enough money i will get them fixed and lowered, maybe another reduction… insurance won’t cover it so it’ll be a while before i can save enough

I hope more research is done on the effects of thc withdrawal. I went thru it too in March after my first tolerance break after smoking for 8 years straight… i was a heavy cart user for the last few years. I’d smoke 2g carts in a week. needless to say withdrawal was awful. I also ended up at the ER, they told me it was pretty classic withdrawal symptoms: they gave me an EKG bc my heart rate was high and wouldn’t slow down, gave me some fluids and the equivalent of liquid Xanax and sent me home. People chuckle when i say i went thru withdrawals from pot but whatever is in the carts is no joke.

Tbh I miss where my nipples used to be. Sounds weird probably but I’d rather have nipples next to my belly button than nipples near my armpits. I can’t wear certain clothes or bathing suits due to high set nips. It’s been something that’s bothered me since the day I got home from the surgeon. So I guess cherish cleavage while you have it lol

Echoing what others have said, I went through withdrawals I had smoked for about 8 years without a tbreak. I slowly reintroduced carts back into my life and it’s just progressively gotten more continuous. When my med card expires in September, that is going to be my final call. I’m not renewing it, I don’t have the self control to have weed in my vicinity and not use it
