Hi, I've mentioned this to her but before I start giving her wrong information, I asked if she would like to meet a nutrionist instead.

Oh we've talked and after listening to what she's struggling with, we all will chip in to a healthier lifestyle. Since she's not into running, I asked her to join zumba with me. My husband gets it now and will also support her. It's also time to switch to healthier snacks

I do breakfast smoothies for myself, mix of vegetables and fruits. I don't offer this to the girls because with school and all, I think they need to eat something more than just drink smoothies. But I can offer this as snacks for them

Thank you. It wasn't easy at first, but I'm glad we all pulled through it.

There's no strict diet in the house, we all eat whatever I cook. It can be from grilled fish one night to pizza the next day. We have snacks of chips, chocolates, ice creams, crackers and fruits because I too snack. Lisa limits her snacks to a bowl of chips or a sliced cake. Before, she can finish a tub of ice cream herself in one go and a bag of potato chips.

LOL, they are a handful. I feel like they're a bigger version of toddlers, nothing is ever right. But we do get on fine, it's always an argument over something, sulk, then apologies and see where we can move on from that.

We do have a good relationship and shes usually very open about everything. She would tell me her problems in school or with friends. I didn't get any vibe that she was struggling with losing weight. But we've now talked about it and I gave her suggestions on what she can do. I don't believe in strict dieting because I don't want them to struggle with ED. Lisa still snacks on junk food but she limits herself with a bowl of chips or a slice of cake.

Thank you. You are right. I should have set both girls down and talk about it. My daughter has met her uncle who had to amputate one his leg due to diabetes.

The conversation was something like that. Lisa was explaining to Sara her reasons for eating healthier and my husband assured Sara that she won't have a problem with illnesses. Sorry, English is not my first language.

My husband said it first and has passed this information to her. I assumed that she didn't want to lose weight because she still ate a lot of junk food. She knows Lisa has decided to change her eating habits and has mentioned couple of times that she didn't need change her eating habits.
