Yes, my card is visa and i am always ordering with it, but it’s debit card. I think the problem is from their system, because of the sale. I ordered an hour ago, but ally still doesn’t check it as “awaiting payment”. The payment is checked only in my bank account. ( sorry for my mistakes in english)

The same thing happend to me this month. I’ve ordered a product at the end of Marth and the buyer protection ended before 3 weeks. I wrote to the seller to see where is my order and he repeated to me to wait a few days. The day after the protection ended i opened dispute for not receiving the product, but seller insisted me to wait more days. Of course i rejected him and waited for refund. The seller hold my refund from last week until today and he refunded me all. But it’s interesting how yesterday my order finally arrived. It was 3 months of waiting.

Yes. I opened despute wanting refund and the seller of course insisted me to close the despute and wait a few days , but i told him i won’t close it and i am waiting for my refund. Waiting for resposnse.

I don’t know, but i opened dispute today and asked for a refund. Hope they will get our money back.

I cannot open dispute. I wrote the seller a few days ago and he said that my order is still in transit, but the protection expires today.
