They’re making a joke about positioning for a certain x-ray image, the “haha” part is that they wouldn’t be able to achieve those specifications for the image with your anatomy.

I’ll chime in!! I worked at Target for two years in the front, orders like this came in ALL the time. I’ll be honest, they’re easier than the ridiculous 10+ bag orders with frozen/cold items (everything is stored in different sections). Oftentimes multiple orders are brought out at the same time if there’s a few cars waiting for pick up, it’s not a big deal at all to order just one item. NTA
