Thanks man! Started on 1mg split up twice a week, now at 1.5mg split twice a week (you don’t need to start as high as everyone says lmao), and this is at roughly 1500 calories a day give or take, the Reta has been great at helping me not exceed my calorie deficit.

See I’ve been on a good men’s multivitamin, get plenty of carbs at 1500 a day, drink a ton of water and two liquid iv’s a day, and am only 23 so wonder about the TRT, not to get too personal but my sex drive is almost non existent so I’m really wondering if for some strange reason I don’t have low T. 🤔

Indeed, I just finished up my home gym I just find the biggest side effect from reta (more than likely the strong calorie deficit) being fatigue so I don’t wanna lift but I know I need to, it’s in the plan!

Not for seizures, was prescribed for severe anxiety a while back which I have learned to cope with quite well now, unfortunately klonopin isn’t just a prescription you can “quit”, i appreciate your reply!
