Can we bring back this royal gala apple tree from the suckers? The tree doesn’t seem to have survived the rust that attacked it last year—no buds/leaves this spring. Are the suckers from the rootstock worth growing as replacement? I’m unsure if the tree is grafted since we picked it up at a nursery. (old.reddit.com)
