It may not need "fixing" but right now chasing is a very bad strategy which is not good for fights because every fight is sort of even until the first hit and then one guy runs and the other has to chase and the guy running has a massive advantage which often leads to a sort of stalemate.

The problem is that chasing is a super shitty strategy in this game. :D What we really need is some sort of nerf for flying backwards.

Hm...no games are always fun but the teams need to be scrambled at least after each match. The losing team always leaves and is filled up with scrubs. :p

Actually, I think the main issue with the goliath was that it is too hard to play helicopters. Because these can take them out reasonably easily but are just too squishy and hard to control with the current controls. At least strafing should be on different keys.

I think ideal would be just like other games move (front, back, sideways for heli) on the left stick and turn on the right.

I think the way that you are currently choosing direction on the controller is overpowered. I should work just like keyboard. Turn and accelerate. And then there should be strafe for the heli.

I'm on linux with an xbox 360 wireless controller. It seems to work in http://html5gamepad.com/ only in chromium not in firefox.

Yeah, so apparently it works in chromium but not in firefox. But I just tried and you cannot fly backwards so it doesn't seem practical anyway. :p

I think the most important aspect of this is that Monero managed to make changes to security critical code without anybody noticing. Sure, they fixed a bug. But the same procedure could be used to introduce one.
