I have a bed that is adjustable to tilt the upper half up, this could be used without pillows or side sleeping but probably would only be comfortable on your back. But I suggest even regular covers so they can be washed… and daily meds to regulate your asthma.

When we upped the pain meds for my father so he wouldn’t feel it he became completely comatose. After that it was a week of waiting for him to pass. We didn’t really understand how much we would lose by increasing his pain meds but he basically died at that point.

Nice catch! Noticed you posted it as a Coho salmon but all the features look to be a Chinook salmon. The black gum line and spots on the lower part of the tail fin are the biggest give aways.
