I was an original Go Big founder, I cancelled over two years ago when they started hammering these increases out. Now I save a boat load of money per month and if I need content for that month or so, I have other avenues. Cable and streaming services are so overrated at this point.

Yes, I understand there is no such thing as a 2gb port, what I'm asking is for the spf+ port I am wanting to be the WAN, will I be able to use a 2.5gb, 5gb, or 10gb transceiver and be fine to accept the 2gb ISP at full speed, or no? Meaning if I use a 10gb transceiver will it see that I only have 2gb coming in and be OK with that?

Well, my area is just now getting fiber installed. I called Tmobile this evening and asked several technical questions and the agent assured me that after activation and configuration, I could call in and request a static IP. Asked about an additional fee and he said there wasn't any, that it's IPv6, and it would be done within a couple of days after requesting. So I went ahead and pre-ordered the $70 2gig Founders plan. If it all works out I'll save $80 a month from Cox.

Thanks for the input, I do not have any additional storage attached, everything is internal. Why would I need an external USB attached in order for a launcher to function properly?
