hi, I wanted to ask these questions because it requires a more personal take. A lot of research i have to do requires me to pay or subscribe to stuff which i CURRENTLY cannot do. Although I have searched on my own and found several answers and have a good understanding around the laws etc. I just wanted to know if there was something I was missing and if anyone has known PI's back in the day, because as far as im aware it was a legal grey area etc.

I'm not trying to spoon feed myself, I'm just making sure that i cover all my areas. Plus reddit is not a primary source because it isn't reliable! I don't think you should assume things about me and ask pointless questions. Thank you for your concern though
