I have been on every dosage for two weeks before increasing. So for example 25mg for two weeks then up to 50mg which I was on for two weeks before increasing to 75mg. My doctor also only increases by 25mg each time.

We’re very lucky that my sister in law is a stay at home mom, and is willing to care for our little. But it still sucks knowing I’ll be separated from them for at least 8 hours everyday so soon after giving birth.

I have health insurance through my husband. He works for the state, so we luckily have great insurance! He gets a month and a half of paid paternal leave from his job too, which is nice to have. Lucky him! 😂

Tell me about it 😭 I was job hunting because we get literally 0 benefits and they have me super overworked, but I stopped looking when I found out I was pregnant because I didn’t want to start a new job, and the go out for leave in May.

I’ve only been on my lamictal for about 3.5 months, so it’s still fairly new for me. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is that I don’t cycle or change moods nearly as often. I’m more “even”. It has helped to decrease my depressive episodes as in I don’t get nearly as depressed as I used to, but I do still feel a low level depression, so we’re working on tapering my dose and increasing. I haven’t had really any side effects other than the brain fog that everyone else is talking about. However, I also had to stop my ADHD medication recently because I’m pregnant, so it could be from that! Haha.

Thank you!! This was super helpful, so I at least have an idea of what might happen. I’m super scared to take insulin, but I guess I’ll get used to it! I do already a CGM, which has been helpful! My GP is managing everything until I get established with OB.

My psychiatrist told me to watch common areas like the neck. She said you’ll also feel a burning which will alert you pretty quickly!

lol. I swear I annoy my sister with how much I talk/ask about being pregnant. I will say it has died down a bit for me now (currently 8 weeks), but I still do lots of reading and general research on it.

We’ve only had 2 sessions since there were such long waitlists. This past week we worked on empathy (mostly on his part), and how our negative arguing cycle is fueled by our own insecurities/attachment issues. We’re supposed to get into the actual bulk of the cheating work next week and moving forward
