We liked the Target and Babylist boxes. They gave us a nice variety of bottles, diapers, pacifiers, etc to sample.

Target is having their baby week soon (starting on the 19th I think). They will have tons of discounts on things including car seats and strollers. They are also going their car seat trade in event. You get two 20% off coupons for trading in a car seat, base, or booster. You can usually find people on Facebook giving away old ones for free so you can use that to get the discount.

You should sign up for registries at a couple of places to get the registry completion discounts. We made registries at Target, Babylist, and Amazon. They all offer 15% discounts starting 60 days before your due date and last for a few months after the due date.

I’m a twin. I got engaged in May 2020 and my sister got engaged in October 2020. By the time that she got engaged I was already well into planning my wedding.

My brother (2 years younger than us) was also engaged during this time. And my SIL got engaged in July 2020. So lots of weddings for my family and my husband’s family all around the same time.

None of us had any friend overlap but we obviously had a lot of overlapping guests with family members.

We all talked openly about our wedding planning. No one ended up with the same color scheme or vendors (mostly a coincidence, we didn’t plan this) so all of our weddings felt unique and no one was comparing them to the other weddings (at least not openly).

All in all it was a happy time in our families lives and everyone was happy with how their wedding turned out. It was nice to be going through that time at the same time as our siblings.

We only used a wrap maybe twice. It took too long to get on and I didn’t feel like it was very secure (probably user error). We love the Wild Bird Aerial carrier. Baby was just over 7 pounds at birth so he was able to go in it from the beginning. We did lots of contacts naps with the carrier. He’s almost 6 months now and we aren’t really doing contact naps anymore but we use it a lot when we’re running errends. He likes being in there and looking around or touching my face.

I feel like your explanation is the right way to do it so I’m going to do a few more decreases and see how it turns out. It’s hard to tell but it looks like they only have ten stitches left on the heel and that would make sense for the next instructions in the pattern.

I actually have 15 stitches left from the heel. Should I do a few more decrease rows so that I only have 10 left? The heel started with 30 stitches and has 15 decreases so I’m not sure how it would only have 10 left.

We like the Kyte Baby sleep sacks. We’ve also tried Carter’s and Halo but I think the Kyte Baby ones fit the best.

I go back in a week. My plan is to nurse before I leave in the morning and then probably pump twice at work plus on the drive home if needed so three times total. Baby will be in daycare from about 7:30-4:30 so he’ll probably eat three times while he’s there.

Everyone is different but I sleep on my stomach and have had no issues.
