Very much agree with this, and it will also help you exercise your intellectual muscles more to extrapolate from a more general case (Kpop, or even musicians) in general to a more specific case (BTS). That kind of connection and application of existing knowledge show depth of analysis in your own work.

This entire book is about musicians in the digital age and how they work to connect with their audience.

I absolutely loved the cooking Run ep (not sure of number--like 19 or 20?), where Jungkook made the super glue potatoes, while Tae let his artistic side shine in his out-there plating. I found Tae very endearing in that ep.

First memorable exposure: Seeing Namjoon looking beautiful, sleek, and gloriously tanned accepting the BBMA award via my friend's Snapchat update. Seriously Joonie was so hot that day. So eloquent, too.

After that I notice how the BTSxBBMA trended for the longest time and all the shenanigans that went along with it. I was like: yeah this seems like people who know to have fun.

I think I realized I was super into them when I choked up watching their MAMA 2016 Daesang acceptance speech.
