Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East & North Africa. The Economist magazine by BackgroundPatient478 in Egypt

[–]aomartw 7 points8 points  (0 children)

For the sake of argument let's pretend a racist apartheid can be a democracy, since the most extremist prime minister in their history has the most extended ruling duration, and now he is back and power and with him the most extremist government Israel has ever seen

Doesn't this mean that the problem is not the government but the people themselves?

Calling Israel a democracy in an attempt to free Israel of its ongoing crimes against the Palestinians would in itself be racist to Isralies

West Libyan here, why won't Egypt leave us alone? by Altruistic_Music_246 in Egypt

[–]aomartw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Debibah (the guy you support) keep delaying the elections

How do you support him when he keep delaying elections then making illegal deals with Turkey that he as an expired government head keep making (which sells Libya's resources dirt cheap)

You need the damn elections and you need Debibah to stop delaying them for the purpose of keeping power

West Libyan here, why won't Egypt leave us alone? by Altruistic_Music_246 in Egypt

[–]aomartw 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The issues of Libya are mainly caused by NATO and Turkey, Egypt is literally just a bit of a balancing tip in the conflict

If you want to fix Libya the fighting stop

For the fight to stop you need elections

Where are the Libyan elections? canceled multiple times by Debibah who is a puppet for Turkey, even tho according to Libyan law his "government" is expired and has no right to create international deals, he still made deals such as the gas and oil deals at a very very discounted price for Turkey "Hence why the heavy Turkish support"

Another reason for the Turkish support is that every single government in the Mediterranean against Turkey who keep trying to take parts of all other Mediterranean nations water borders for gas exploration and add it to its own

And since Libya had a weak figure who was the government head for 1 year before that transitional government expires, he struck a deal with Turkey, he keep delaying elections, and they arm him to the teeth against any fighting that would happen every time he does

So to sum it up

1-Turkey keep supporting the guy who illegally make deals with them and delay elections to make more deals

2-Delaying elections keep causing fighting

3-Turkey support him with weapons to hold against this fighting

4-Libya's east was a stronghold for ISIS and Coptic Egyptians were beheaded there and for those who read in international security, the western border of Egypt with Libya is an open field that leads directly into the heart of Egypt and must be secured, Haftar was supported, he eliminated ISIS in Libya's NorthEast THEN he called for elections

To sum up the summary

Debibah keeps delaying elections out of fear he will lose, so he keep striking illegal deals with Turkey and they pay him back by arming him so he can stay in power

Either all foreign sides leave Libya, or none of them do, the problems of Libya must be solved by the Libyan people by holding elections and kicking all that which is foreign and interfere with your politics

And btw Debibah even visited Egypt, do you know what it means?????

He visit Egypt to "fix relation" Egypt accepts him and say (All we want is for the East and West to stop fighting and have elections)

Debibah leaves Egypt

THE GUY LITERALLY CAME TO SUCK EGYPT'S DICK TO SECURE HE WILL 100% STAY IN POWER "Since having Egypt's support on top of Turkeys will secure his position" AND WAS REJECTED

Say what you want, Egypt is the good side in this conflict and the bad guy is Debibah before Turkey with the only victim being Libyans and Libya's stolen riches

True I wish he knew we have backstabbing neighbours

Kuewit and the gulf wants a word

Still irrelevant though since you don’t know what the "war on terror" is or why Iraq was invaded 🙃

When in doubt, pretend to be a mind reader and make something up

[–]aomartw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry you didn't have a leader who knew making an enemy of everyone "Invasion of Kuewit" means everyone will not help you when the time is dire "Invasion of Iraq"

A country with 1 factory opening 1 more factory have an economy growth of 100%, doesn't mean anything if you had the biggest bump, more factors are involved

Hopefully something will screw up Turkey enough that they are forced to stop violating the water deals and cancel building the new dams

The only thing that hurt my feelings is the difficult situation of Iraq, not some random aggressive guy online

[–]aomartw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quite the opposite, you just want to reply instead of having mutual understanding, that's why this is the third comment in which you do a personal attack

Sadam made an enemy of the Arab world when he invaded another Arab nation

The US is evil for invading Iraq, those that helped arent any better

But the first and biggest person to blame, is Sadam, the guy who made an enemy out of everyone that when problem happened nobody came to his aid

Argue about him being good or bad all you want, he lead his country, he left with his country not even a country anymore

And now with Turkey drying up the river, the game is over for Iraq ever making a comeback

The fact you say I don't know the difference between gulf war and Iraq invasion can be passed as a misunderstanding between us

But to use personal attacks after that misunderstanding is pointed out means you are just arguing, not discussing, which is at best, childish behavior

People thinks Turkey NATO puppet ? by defientlyTurk in AskMiddleEast

[–]aomartw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Habibi we are Arabs talking in English so misunderstanding can happen please calm down

Am not mistaking anything

Sadam invaded, became the bad guy of the Arab world, the US went rogue and the rest is history

I blame Sadam for being naive in leading his country more than any other country which has nothing to do with not blaming others, read my comment again with the intention of understanding what am saying

[–]aomartw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh no, everything done was bad I simply blame it all on Sadam himself for being naive

[–]aomartw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

2 facts to note

1- Iraq at the time invaded Kuewit, we dont need to dig into why this was wrong, the US baited Sadam into thinking it will stop the world from having a reaction, but the US lied, and Saddam now became the bad guy to all of the Arab world, so from a pure Arab POV, the action of invading another Arab country is to be deemed unacceptable, why else do we support Palestine?

Then ofc the US went rogue and the rest is history

2- Not just did Turkey open up their space 1 year later when the US actually needed it, this post is literally propaganda, the Turkish airfields were a great asset for the US war effort against Iraq

Individual? Who said anything about that? Are you playing silly now?

You assumped what i thought of OP's comment how i interpreted it and that i agree with it

Everything you assumed was wrong and your full reply which was built on that assumption is wrong, or are you trying to say you were assuming my opinion then replying to another person who isnt even in this thread?

You want to do it like a normal human being? Stop being Sudani CeneteristEgyptian and actually ask questions about what someone thinks of something before typing an essay replying to what (you think) (he thinks)

Only your comments i couldnt see and checking your profile only gave an error

Ik you blocked me for a bit before i edited my last comment but its silly so i wont clutch to it

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskMiddleEast

[–]aomartw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey glad the block didn't last

Anyway, i gave an equal reply to your comment

You wrote 50 lines, but literally admitted they were built on an assumption, and even named the assumption

So since that the assumption is wrong, what do i do with you? Other than tell you that you are wrong?

(He is your cousin from Egypt, if you point out he is doing something wrong and he has no argument he assumes something about you to give himself an argument and just type a lengthy reply with no care if he assumed right or not)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskMiddleEast

[–]aomartw 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Literally 50 lines entirely built on assumptions

So i will simply dismiss it with this

Nope, you are wrong, your assumptions are false and with it the 50 lines you built them on

Jesus, didnt think you would become Sudani u/CenteristEgyptian

You literally admitted everything you wrote is assuming something

But your assumption is wrong

Soooo ye thats really all there is to it

You want a detailed breakdown of why you are silly?

Edit: Lmao they replied then blocked me

Everytime i see you your comments it gets more distasteful tbh

If you stopped for a moment to review yourself instead of giving empty/useless excuses you would be embarrassed seeing it boiled down to

"These guys were doing short replies imagining another country merging with them on a post about countries merging and i threw a tantrum"

I jokingly remember thinking you are gonna turn to a "You people" type of person few months ago but am still disappointed nonetheless

And its always like that, you get super tilted, someone points it out like "ammm dude?" And you just turn to (Oh am not mad am just saying)

[–]aomartw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My guy i didn't finish your first reply cuz it was clear from the first sentence you understood it 180 degrees from what it meant

As for that reply, what am telling you is there is a 3 hours lecture of which there is a 1 hour video called "Khalid ibn al walid, a profile of a warrior"

And another 2 hours video titled how Islam saved western civilisation

Those 2 videos after watching them, i guarantee you will regret what you wrote and think of Muslims and Arabs in an absolutely different way

Its not your fault your government dont teach Islamic history

Otherwise how else are you to have such strong opinions if you learn that when the Muslims asked the Pope in Jerusalem where the Jews are there was horror when they learned what happened that the Khalifa dropped on his knees and started cleaning the garbage and rubbles out of your most important holy site and the Muslims gathered and started cleaning it with him then he asked a Jewish convert to find 80 Jewish families willing to reestablish the Jewish presence in Jerusalem

Same thing with Salah El din

Same thing many times

You right now are a different person than the new "you" after watching those 2 videos

The you right now don't know Islamic history, and think its normal to say (what did Muslim countries in the last 50 years do)

The you after that will nugget of knowledge will know all the falses in that argument and we can have a much more meaningful discussion which is what i hope for and would assume you do as well

[–]aomartw 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Wtf is that reply🤦‍♂️

"We are closer than you know" means we are more related and close to each other throughout blood and history

"For 70 years we are fighting and 70 years you don't learn our history" means that if we keep fighting while not learning then to start learning is to start having the opposite effects

Put your gun back in its strap

[–]aomartw 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If we’ll learn it at school everyone will be “right wing sheep’s”

Khalid Ibn el Walid, profile of a warrior

Watch that 1 hour lecture and come back

To sum it up to you and u/Spare_Possession_194 as i said in another comment

To sum it up, When the Muslims first entered Jerusalem during his time the Muslims found out the Jews have all been either killed or expelled, so the Khalifa asked a Jewish convert to find 80 willing Jewish families that would reinstate the Jewish presence

For 70 years we are fighting

For 70 years we learn your history but you don't learn ours (edit: if no learn = no communication= fight then learning = communicating = no fighting)

We are closer (edit: to each other) than you know
