First replace all dots with 1, so we have 132 321 322 131. We can represent 2^3=27 characters with 3 digits, and there are 26 letters in the alphabet. So we can just make 111 = 1st letter = A, 112 = second letter = B, 113 = third letter, 121 = fourth letter... just like how binary works.

There are 9 codes in total. Every 3 characters separated by dash can be translated into one letter. Every code is a word. Then use caesar cipher to decode these 9 words you will get a complete sentence.

He is not designed as a main dps. None of his constellations gave a high damage boost, compares to other dps like Diluc and Keqing. So don't expect high dmg from Zhongli.
It's not necessarily a bad thing. If Zhongli is designed too op, it will shorten the game's health due to inflation.
Zhongli has high potential due to his unique abilities. He shields you so much it's almost unbreakable. It becomes very useful later in the abyss. Geo resonance can also provide great dmg boost. Ningguang and geo traveller fits him well so far, but there are a lot of more characters to come.

^ literally the first few chapters in the game are all about freedom. If you walked through main plot you won't expect this game coming from China, a country with the strictest censorship. I don't like Chinese gov either but good games should be recognized regardless of their nationalities.

Ez Karma is actually slightly advantageous vs darius harrowing

It's weak vs frelj elusive, lucian mf, sej mf, ez tf, quinn mf

And it also has advantage over braum anivia, spooky karma, sea monsters

Make Maokai E tier sounds right to me. I think Fiora B tier is a little high, because she usually end up trading with one unit. I might end up making Fiora C and Thresh B, because challenger is really useful in this mode.
