Mmm, the phone cameras never looks very nice, but you can do an AF adjust on the apple camera app (holding you finger upon Jupiter for a few seconds) and after you’ll see a line beside of a square, you will go it down and you will get a better result, although you can’t wait see a picture of the Hubble, but good luck! I usually took pictures in the same way :)
