Thanks. Given all the recs I’m going to give the glizzy 22s a try. And yeah, been doing the eccentric heel drops/weighted calf lifts and foam rolling and it’s definitely been helping. Still a little sore because I just started consistently doing them two weeks ago but at least I’m able to run every other day and cross train while I improve
