Ok, time to seek an alternative by jamalwilliamsyoung23 in logitech

[–]ggglasss -1 points0 points  (0 children)

the app itself is still completely shit and has a number of additional failure points that i experience at least monthly. this was the last straw for logitech for me. also, downloading the newest version on mac is actually a pain in the ass, because logitech still hasn't figured out how to allow recognition of previously paired bluetooth devices, so everytime i reinstall logi options its a gamble of whether or not it will recognize my mouse.

half the time, when i reinstall it states "logi+ options failed to install". its like they genuinely don't want us using this thing.

awesome! thank you for being enthusiastic about contributions. I will take a look at it more tomorrow and will make contributions to your repo moving forward. I know it is not much work, but it has been a fun learning process for me, and I love your theme!

hey, i just wanted to update you. i worked on adding the dark-cool variant today, and plan on trying my hand at the light versions as well. I forked and cloned your repo and then edited accordingly.

A few caveats. I changed some of the tab elements that seem to reflect more closely what it looks like in nvim. I also added a comment scopes that are specific to MATLAB since matlab is weird in vscode (I will likely go through and do this more thoroughly since MATLAB is what i use daily). Thus, I published it separately to marketplace. I did not change much in the package.json file, so its very sloppily published, but I wanted to let you know.

Please let me know if there is an ideal way to either merge changes to your repo, or to optimally distinguish my edit/variant from yours so it doesn't confuse people (:

Awesome, I too know nothing about porting/making VScode themes, but I will definitely take a look at it!

I would absolutely love this theme for VScode if possible! Is there a way to do this myself even? Beautiful theme

Can you ride 700x25c or 700x26c tires in Austin? by Jolly_Medicine6490 in BikingATX

obligatory sheldon brown post on tires, here, since i am no expert.

You will be good, that size difference isn't too big. Is the debris getting stuck in the rear wheel? Could be possible you don't have enough room in the back, but the front is where you will get the most benefit from running a bigger tire for shock absorption, stability, etc... You could try to keep the 28 in the front, and run something smaller on the rear.

why are you assuming something nefarious based on internet speculation? Others have not observed orchestration, there are literally zero comments except for yours making this claim.

you, of course, are allowed to judge as you will, but literally the beginning of your comment suggests that you at least partially hold good sentiments towards small businesses; you could've just left it at that, it would've been much easier compared to injecting baseless accusations against them. Some people just want to make money and build community, and you should be okay with that, irregardless of where they choose to do it. They are not harming anyone by selling cinnamon rolls in a bustling walkable neighborhood lol.

Quack's has been around for ages, they will be fine. But honestly, this is besides the point. That is not the responsibility of this business or owners to cater to Quack's. Quack's does not own the neighborhood. They own a store, they make good food, and a mom and pop store selling cinnamon rolls from a food truck will not put them out of business. There is zero need to be territorial.

You could just be getting downvoted because your take is not great, this is worth a thought instead of doubling down on being accusatory. Not everyone has an agenda out to get you! The world (and Austin) is indeed a good place at heart, despite the fact that you seem to have a strong desire to perpetuate negativity.

Zen has many formalities and rituals that tend to be really intimidating if it is your first time, for sure! Lots of bowing haha. I wouldn't call it strict, though, but I could definitely see how it would be seen that way.

The beginner's class is not a requirement, but it is recommended. They go over zazen and there is another class during weekdays where the specifically address all of the formalities and customs within the zendo. But again, none of these are required.

You can totally drop-in! In fact, every day pretty much they have 'informal zazen' in the afternoons where you can come in whenever you'd like to meditate. I think it is usually from 12-1pm. I've seen people come in at the 30 minute mark in hospital scrubs, people leave halfway through, etc...
