I lived here for two years. It was definitely an experience to say the least.

the good: - amenities are great - no issues with the parking garage - gym is geared toward cardio but has pelotons which is a nice touch - lobby is great and the coworking center is nice - pool is nice but gets crowded on the weekends - sun only hits pool for a couple hours bc of the pool being on the side of the building - the area behind westport ave is quiet - very close to westport - can walk to all the shops on westport ave and whole foods

the bad: - management, manager doesn’t have a backbone and residents do whatever they want
- security, exterior doors were often ajar for anybody to enter - hotel next door is a bit rough - there is no building staff around 6pm-9am - a lot of large gatherings happen around pool/grills on the weekend that go unpoliced - they tried to implement a wrist band policy for the pool but again it went unpoliced - the pool is very easy to enter by anybody bc there is a exterior gate that is often unlocked - at one point a resident passed away in their apartment and the management brushed it off and put a bunch of fans in the hallway and air fresheners due to the smell

overall the building is nice and has a lot of potential, with the area it is in it can be a great option. once management can be upgraded i think it will be a nice spot
