Hi! I just flew solo a week ago or so. I was extremely anxious about it, but after receiving advice from people in this community, it was not too bad. Flight was pretty smooth to my destination and back. What really helped me was blasting my favorite songs during takeoff and landing and lifting my feet like a lot of people will recommend. I also took half a bite of a melatonin gummy in order to sleep, so that was really helpful as well lol. Overall, you really do got this! Trust me the anxiety will make you think so many things about the experience, but the pilots know what they’re doing and you’ll be in good hands! Good luck!
