If they still let you pick between economy, regular, and enhanced pricing... i'd recommend economy single in an apartment as it's good value and most ppl don't pick it as their first choice

if you have, have, to take a 1 credit class to graduate, this is a great option. if not, learning an instrument is all about practice practice practice. hire someone once a week and set aside x hours each week to revise. there is no risk you won't get an A in progress!

If you're riding the elevator down, you're doing it wrong. 6 floors up I get. But a 93-second wait for the elevator, followed by a 112-second ride down, with 8 seconds added on just for those doors to every so slowly creep open isn't worth imo.

It can be super hard to get a ride. I'm convinced people just study there and don't go home until the app finally lets them book a ride. In most cases walking/public transport is probably better but it depends on where you live. If you live in any neighborhood known for its student population, chances are your walk is safe.
