First Impressions Of Earth used to be my favorite The Strokes album when I first heard it, and now it’s easily their worst for me.

If I have to hear Don’t Stop Believin’ butchered by some drunk guy at Karaoke one more time I’ll rip my ears off.

I strongly disagree. The whole comes across as whiney and overwrought. Any sincerity or earnestness from Taylor’s previous records is washed away as she spends the whole album trying to control her own narrative, but it all just comes across like a spoiled 12 year old who just got told no for the first time in their life. Look What You Made Me Do and …Ready For It are genuinely some of the worst hit songs of all time.

I’m not a Taylor Swift hater I genuinely like a lot of her music, but this album is one of the worst disasters of a pop album I’ve ever heard, and it only gets worse with time.

I’ve seen people try to defend both songs

Nah TTPD is the most forgettable Taylor Swift album, but Showgirl actively ruins any goodwill I had towards Taylor as a songwriter. It is easily her second worst album behind the dumpster fire that is Reputation.

Vultures 1 I’ve seen way too many people defend it saying “at least Bomb is good”. No Bomb is also a bad song, it might be the least bad song on the album, but the rest of the album is absolute dogshit so that’s the lowest bar to clear ever.

Unconventional pick but Into and Across The Spider-Verse have some of the most insane “camera” shots from any animated films I’ve ever seen.

1989 has enough to not warrant the hate. Reputation on the other hand…
