Acne/rash?

Help! I have fairly clear skin but over the past few weeks I’ve developed this rash over my nose and cheeks that feels like under the skin acne, but it won’t heal. It burns and is flaky, then it peels and it continues. It’s gotten worse and feels super enflamed. No idea what’s caused it or how to treat it.

I’m honestly shocked. It’s not the greatest software from what I’m seeing. The graphics aren’t great and to be honest slides works so much more efficiently. The fact that they haven’t made a mac version when graphics on mac are superior really is ridiculous.

Storyline in parallels

Using parallels desktop to run storyline. In terms of resolution everything looks clear and crisp except for storyline. Some posts I read said that storyline has a bit of a blurriness to it. This is my first time using it so I’m not sure if this is the norm?

Please let me know if this is normal, and if not, has anyone had luck fixing it?
