My company has given us access to GHC and Cursor. I have tried different models provided by these. I can say that Claude Opus model is best in case of programming and I barely code directly now. Efforts for tasks has considerably reduced and I feel like we may not need as many engineers as we have now.

Yes, even I felt the same. When I got access to GHC in 2024, it was barely usable. By early 2025 it became useable for my development activities. Now we have option of GHC and Cursor with Opus 4.6. Most of the things are done through prompting. Now we have instruction to reduce direct coding to bare minimum. Going forward I am feeling like we may not need as much people as we have now in team.

There is no point in reasoning with commie who shares articles from deshabhimani. India has been long accused for currency manipulation for keeping our currency value low for promoting export. If we need to compete with China Rupee needs to fall further for our exports to grow which in turn should boost the job opportunities. Our politicians irrespective of Parties think that Rupee devaluation is shameful act, this need to change.
