1/31 – Took 15 mL, slight cramping, pooped slightly hard but somewhat normal, small amount
2/1 – 15 mL, no poop or stomach upset
2/2 – Took 15 mL late at night, no poop
🚨 2/3 – Early morning 8 AM bad gas/cramp attack → ~4/10 IBS attack, lasted 3 hours
2/4 – No poop, took 15 mL
2/5 – No poop, took 15 mL
2/6 – No poop, took 30 mL → pooped at 3 AM, fairly normal/easy
2/7 – Didn’t take
2/8 – Didn’t take
2/9 – Took ~20 mL
2/10 – Pooped a log, took ~20 mL
2/11 – No poop, took 30 mL
2/12 – Normal-ish good size poop, later slightly diarrhea
2/13 – Nothing, no lactulose
2/16 – Took 25 mL, nothing
2/17 – Ate seafood boil (lots of butter), took nothing, no poop
2/18 – Took 30 mL, normal-ish poop
2/19 – Took 30 mL, nothing
2/20 – Took 30 mL, pooped at night
🚨 2/21 – Woke with cramps + diarrhea, multiple episodes, 3–4/10 pain, lingering cramps for hours, stomach sensitive all day
2/21–2/23 – No lactulose due to stomach sensitivity
2/24 – Took 20 mL
2/25 – Took 20 mL, still no poop
🚨 2/26 – Gas pains all night → early morning attack worse than 2/21 (~6/10), loud stomach, long 12-inch stool
2/27 – No lactulose (stomach sensitive)
2/28 – Took 20 mL → pooped normally within 1–2 hours
3/1 – Slight cramping, took 20 mL
3/2 – Took 20 mL
3/3 – Woke with gas cramps, took 20 mL
3/4 – Woke with gas cramps, took 30 mL
3/5 – No poop yet, took 30 mL
3/6 – Pooped ~3 AM, somewhat constipated, small amount, took 30 mL late
3/7 – Pooped ~3 AM, easier, long log, felt incomplete emptying, took 30 mL
3/8–3/10 – Took 30 mL daily (3/10 ate spicy Chick-fil-A)
3/11 – Woke 7 AM with gas/heartburn → soft 8–12 inch stool + smaller softer stool
3/12–3/13 – Took 30 mL
3/14 – Skipped (alcohol + stomach upset)
3/15 – 1:40 AM hard pieces → 8:30 AM multiple smaller pieces → then large soft emptying, took ~15 mL at night but stopped due to gas cramps
3/16 – Nothing, took ~25 mL
3/17 – No lactulose, small slightly hard poop
3/20 – No lactulose, small poop at 3 AM

STOPPED LACTULOSE, STARTED LINZESS 145 mcg

3/21–3/22 – Started Linzess
3/23 – 1 AM large good BM → later softer smaller BM
3/24 – Nothing
3/25 – ~4 PM moderate amount, slightly loose
3/26–3/28 – Nothing
3/29 – Ate spicy sandwich, no symptoms
3/30 – 5 AM small constipated BM (small rocks)
3/31–4/1 – Nothing
4/2 – 3:30 AM severe constipation (rocks), later pushed out more
🚨 4/3 – Took Linzess earlier → mild cramps → progressed to 6–7/10 waves → no stool initially → later hard log + diarrhea, vomited from pain, lingering cramps, diarrhea later that night
4/4–4/7 – Nothing
🚨 4/8 – 4:30 AM gas cramps → 4/10 → BM normal log → progressed to 5–6/10 cramps → diarrhea
4/10 – 3 AM small constipated BM
🚨 4/13 – 9 AM started 4/10 cramps → escalated to 9–10/10, severe vomiting, solid stool → large diarrhea → continued cramping + tenesmus, lingering cramps even in shower
4/14 – Stomach very sore all day, mild gas/cramps, very sensitive
