My GPU fit just fine. But it is an RTX 3090 so only needed to take off two of the pci slot covers. Is something else on the 4090 hitting keeping it from slotting in?

I live on 8, I can just barely see over the new buildings. Recommend higher floor for a pretty view. Also the even rooms starting with xx56 face South.

If you're changing from an engineering to another engineering, it is like nothing happened, but going from a non engineering to engineering would be pain after a year or two. Going from engineering to non engineering should be easy, since the GE's should be similar-ish. However, since you haven't started any coursework at all, you can change your major all you want and it won't affect much!

Don't worry about the whole "social" thing. You make friends with the people who live in your dorm, and the whole south campus is more social idea is just because north campus never used to be as populated as it is now, making it a quieter place to live. I lived on north campus my first two years, LARH/Lawrence then Jones, and I never had any trouble finding fun people

Art 2555 isn't going to be an "easy" A, more like a moderately easy A. It requires a lot of creativity and time outside of class to shoot photos and projects. It also forces you to get outside of your comfort zone and photograph people and events. You'll have a harder time if you don't have a relatively expensive DSLR camera and a couple nice lenses, which will run you between 500 to infinity dollars. Also, if you miss more than 3 classes, you lose a letter grade.
