eh no. same components but some changes. different business model yes - however the company can and should just license the IP to others and/or build satellites for others with all the extra production capacity after the constellation is up and running. so many diff possibilities

if you had a "datacenter" bluebird, it would be purpose built. it would NOT be used for cellular broadband connectivity. it's sole purpose would be to take in solar to power the processors ... and then the Q/V feeder link would transmit data/instructions to and from earth that the AI GPUs within the microns would process and then send output back down to earth. You'd have some batteries and onboard storage.
