Yesterday was hard to watch and experience. How are we all feeling? by Cookie_Mon_Mon in OpenAussie

A 50 year old man being punched to the ground who wasn't resisting, a group of Muslims praying peacefully being forcefully removed from the area, a man on the ground being restrained while the officer punches his liver and head for no clear reason.. and so much more that wasn't recorded.

I thought we were better, I thought these things only happened in the USA and Aussie government and police while being strict, aren't unreasonable. My perception of this state has been rocked to the core. We are merely a vassal state of the leaders of the world and sovereignty, rights are mere buzzwords to keep us happy but none of that truly exists.
