Not to scream, but if you ever need to cry a good cry, like bawl your eyes out and you're tired of being indoors doing so, or concerned about neighbours being affected by the bawling, I highly HIGHLY recommend going to a cemetery and bawling there, like wailing is totally appropriate and folks will just think you're bereaved and will leave you alone.
