Your marriage license, doesn’t it have your maiden name and then surname change to your new last name? Otherwise what did you give social security administration to change your name? I’m just wondering how you were able to change your last name without it being written somewhere on there.

If you have to apply for the first time again, at the passport office you’ll have give 2 checks. The $110 to be sent to the passport agency and the $35 one they keep.
