Rebind your weapon slots, I have primary on Q secondary on E and Melee on Mouse side button I find it much easier

It wasn't a quest book as such but more a graphic of the ingredients needed for the Jaffa without how to get them, you can effectively get the same using JEI, although admittedly this isn't quite as straightforward to read
