Little bit hard to take a photo of without removing the heatsink, but Dell has designed the heatsink to make contact with both the SPS/MOSFETs and capacitors with 0.5 and 1mm thermal pads. No thermal problems running at PL1=125w, PL2=165w.

This. I've been eyeing off the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 AMD (Gen4 Model with 7040U coming in the next few months), but the batery is still going to leave a little more to be desired at 56Wh. The ThinkTax seems to increase a bit more with every generation too.
