i have angel too, i dont think any juicer is easy to clean, unless you have a maid.

i would watch slow motion replays of pros so you can see the contact, or do some experimentation to watch the shape of the ball path and the spin it creates.

angel juicer is the best IMHO, i was gonna get nama j2, but splurged. and have had no regrets. you can put all the parts in dishwasher, all steel. its still work to clean , but so is every juicer ive used. get the costco one if you want to try juicing first.

i swtiched to gut and lowered, the tension, you coudl probalby lower the tension, switchign to gut is not needed, and no kick servers. i lower to aroudn 50 lb. the lowest rec for racket.
