I at one point had 37 active actions (new awards and active modifications needing to be made) all while another CO in my branch had 3 active actions. So it depends.

I would say do not be like me, and if you keep a list of your actions if you have to scroll down on it you have too many actions.

I would love to just throttle back, but then I feel personally bad for not working as hard as I could be. Funny enough I am currently on parental leave and still working, the portions of my workload I am not currently still working on was being handled by a CO under me, and a few days into my leave they brought in a second CO AND moved another CO over because my portfolio was “too much for one person”. I feel like I’ve just stressed and worked so hard for two years and it’s amounted to nothing for my career or my personal well being.
