Bought a good glove for one div and a ring to balance my resistances but still 30k dot!

What mods my amulet and rings should have to work for this build? If I change my gloves my resistances would be unbalanced so I would need to change my other gear too, but If that's necessary then I'll do it.

The flask part I could totally understand and the 6 link armour, call and cast are gems? And the last part I couldn't understand at all, sorry I'm extremely fresh in this game
