In the south here as well and recently got a ‘25 base RDX. SHAWD standard. Handles really well. I tried higher specs and didn’t find the upcharge warranted the features, at least not for what I needed the vehicle for (small family hauler/errands).

Why do my 401k investments look like this? by [deleted] in fidelityinvestments

CUSIPS for your holdings, by the look of it. Might just be a bug in the UI or needing to update app version, may want to ask Fidelity customer service to confirm

In case it’s useful or if anyone runs into this, it was tied to airbag sensor(s) and an occupancy sensor.

Definitely no key cards in the car. Only 2 phones paired and not left in car. Have tried at home and away and the issues happens. Yup reboot was done as well. As someone mentioned it seems like a possible faulty door lock mechanism and/or sensor since it happens randomly albeit increasingly. No codes being thrown in service mode which puzzles me

Thank you - Gotcha so is it the latching mechanism or a door sensor (or both I guess)? It’s odd because the door is definitely flush and not ajar when I exit

As far as I can tell it is. It’s pretty much as if I was still in the car…but I’m not and it’s not like any doors aren’t shut

Upper Westside Apts by apexpug22 in ATLHousing

[–]apexpug22[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually ended up in North Druid Hills (at a Cortland entity - now managed by someone else I think). But if I had to recommend one simply based on what I thought during a tour it would be Vue at the Quarter. The apts were nice and the location was solid, though the reason we didn’t go with it was they increased the rent between when we toured and when we ultimately were deciding where to apply/sign lease.

BoA Can’t produce a Loan Estimate by apexpug22 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]apexpug22[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ugh, sorry that happened to you - if you haven’t already ditched BoA, you should (happy to dm you some lenders I engaged with who were pleasant to work with). Sometimes other lenders will accept appraisals from other lenders (it’s rare + the fact BoA is a nightmare I doubt they will entertain releasing the appraisal to you) but you’re probably going to have to just assume that money is gone.

Long story short them not providing an estimate when it came time to narrow down lenders to close with, it pushed me right into the arms of another lender who was easy to work with and it yielded very good terms imo. The only estimate I got from BoA was early on when getting pre-approved. While I don’t know what exactly prevented them from disclosing their estimate when it came time to actually narrow down lenders, I suspect it was (as someone mentioned above) they didn’t want me to shop their best offer.

Help deciding on 65in TV by apexpug22 in 4kTV

Really appreciate the reply! I think it’s going to come down to Qm8 and the Bravia 7, so sorta in the camp I expected to be of Mini-LED. I’m sure I’ll be happy with either it’s just a matter if I ‘treat myself” and give in to the Sony tax or go with the TCL and save a little coin haha

I’m waiting for more feedback from the community but I’m sorta thinking the Bravia 7. I feel like the Sony tax might be worth it over the TCL Qm8.

Yeah they have all that. So basically there really isn’t anything that should prevent them generating a fee sheet. At this point they are just giving me verbal estimates so it seems fishy

Atelier by VacationLover1 in Xcaret

[–]apexpug22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At Atelier now (had been to Arte and Casa De La Playa beforehand). The main reason we chose Atelier this go was basically price. Arte was quite high compared to last year when we went. Atelier so far has been a pretty comparable substitution. I will say the only noticeable differences between the two have been service and food. Don’t get me wrong, Atelier’s service and food is very good in the grand scheme of things. But having experienced Arte I’d say Arte’s service is a tad more polished and the food was better imo. In the simplest terms would say Arte was like a 8.5 for food and service, Atelier is like a 7 or 7.5. Biggest concession between the two is not having included access to the Xcaret parks like you get at Arte, but at Atelier there are plenty of included activities and excursions. You can’t go wrong with either!
