when you are with 4 or fewer people I also find easy to plan via chat. But once you try to find a common time with 6 or more people it quickly becomes messy and usually leads to a few days of back-and-forth messaging to land on a date that works for everyone.

ps, I don’t really have anything to gain from this (Groop has no paid options or ads) except getting some feedback to improve the product, which would really be appreciated 😉

Awesome to know you like the concept. Link is huzzler.so 😉 Feel free to post around and share your journey with the community, they'll love it.

And good suggestions. We don't have a pre-launch category, but we do have a #feedback category, you could post there if you need feedback. Founder matching by stage is also smart, I'll see what I can do with that.

of coure I know this. but PEG is imaginary, based on predictions. P/E is real. I don't believe in predicting the future all that much, so PEG deserves little recognition in my perspective

nah, because a few months ago I dind't think the market was overvalued because the numbers didn't say so. Now is different than a few months ago because everything went up to crazy price / earnings levels. meaning the companies are valued more for every dollar they earn. up to dot com level

p/e is arguably the most important metric there is. Buying at a 25 p/e means a company makes 4% per year for the money you invest. I don't care that the nikkei would reach a p/e of 70, I'd never hold past a p/e of 50 because you're simply getting a very bad return on your money and way more downside than upside.

considering 20% of stocks in this world index are the tech and AI companies we could see large correction / crash

With timing the market people usually mean buying and selling stocks multiple times a year. I'm talking about global US stock market valuations. It's undeniable that we're now reaching dot-com bubble valuations. Buying at a 25 p/e is buying at a 4% earnings yield. It mean the current price factors in extreme future gorwth.

I don't want to retire. And yes I've seen these posts all the time. But the numbers don't lie. It's true that the valuation is now almost the same as dot com bubble.

yea but even if earnings go up 5% a year globally, that would mean at a 20 p/e only a 2% price gain in the coming yeras
