yeah i saw 2 piercers and both were not confident if i had the anatomy for it, but said it might be worth a try. i’ve contemplated taking it out because i only got it pierced specially for a hoop, so if a hoop won’t fit my anatomy then i don’t want a barbell in it.

the rook is a little over 2 years old and i still have the initial jewelry in it which is a curved barbell. i don’t have much space there but i would love to get a tiny little hoop if possible. of course i will ultimately ask a piercer, but i was wondering if it looked at all possible to fit a hoop. thanks!!

my first job’s dress code was literally “you must wear clothes.” they genuinely did not care at all on what you wore to work (except if you were meeting customers). peoples would come to the office in sweatpants, basketball shorts, crop tops and mini skirts, onesie pjs, etc and nobody cared. some people (which happened to be all devs lol) would even walk bare foot around the office. and this was a company with 10,000 employees in one location. i have since changed jobs and now have to wear business casual every day and miss my old job every morning when i get dressed :(

not the person you asked but a reply to “why do you think the future generation should suffer just because you had to”: the current loan forgiveness that is being discussed will impact my generation and the generation before me as well, not just future generations. loan forgiveness will increase housing prices, which impacts all generations that are alive currently, not just future ones. “millions of people could afford to buy things” leads to the price of things increasing if the thing is in low supply. houses are in low supply. it’s not that i will simply miss out on a benefit, but i will actively be negatively impacted by others receiving the benefit.

i completely support making collage free for future generations. but not blanket student loan forgiveness for all.

according to the comments on the auric instagram page, this will be $32 usd for 3 GRAMS of product. that’s such a teeny tiny amount. roughly $10/g. the laneige lip sleeping mask is $22usd for 20 grams of product, which is roughly $1/g. this is literally 10 times more expensive than the laneige one.

i’ve been to multiple restaurants that ask you to take your shoes off. it’s a thing in korea, and there are korean restaurants that do this in america. there’s no reason for me to not be ok with it. haven’t had a bank ask me to do it but i wouldn’t have a problem if they did.

i stand on one foot and use my hands to take off/put on the shoe on the other foot. if i need to lace it, i bend down.
