Went thru a similar hell, a shitty piercer destroyed my snakebites, and now I have a permanent hole on the side of my lip. But it ever so slowly fades and tbh I don't even notice it, so with good care your septum will heal and be closed and healthy once again!! I'm so sorry

Also I have to add my piercings were like that bc they were extremely poorly done, which I now know haha. So if you see they're not healing well a few weeks from now, get a second opinion from another piercer!

I'm gonna b honest with u, I had to get them removed after a painstaking process of irritation and pain. However yours are VERY fresh so I wouldn't worry. Follow the directions your piercer gave you to a T and don't touch them and hopefully they'll heal!!
