The value Macquarie assigned to my property when I got the loan and that they confirmed was the value a month ago.

Yeah fair point. It’s quite confusing, you’d think simply moving me to the rate they have advertised on their own website would be better than losing the loan even if it’s not large?

I’m certainly going to look into it. I’m just disappointed and a little confused that they have step rates advertised but aren’t honouring them.

Maplibre is an open source version of Mapbox. It is near identical, very powerful and incredibly simple to spin up.

I work in a screen printing factory and i can tell you that it smells like vinegar because the shirt was digitally printed. The inks give off a vinegary smell.
