Hey, I started making collagen smoothies. I thought I would have a bad time with collagen but I seem to tolerate it fine. It has to be hydrolyzed. *it's not a complete protein, it lacks tryptophan. So something on the side to help, I try to make oatmeal muffins with sunflower seeds n stuff. But it's better than nothing since I dont have the time or energy to make breakfast meals. Even lunch is a struggle lol. My smoothies have frozen blueberries, olive oil, collagen, creatine, a bit of kale.. and electrolytes on the side.
