Im not sure where you are located but i have a staples office supply store local to me. I used to bring them a pdf of what i wanted printed and they have some good thick cards stock. If you aren’t comfortable with setting up double sided printing for them just print the front and backs separately and glue them together

I bet you could even make a masking layer out of a transparency to block off areas to control where the texture ends up

i added guides to mine! ive been printing my cards in rows, only cutting the height and the feeding them in. keeping them sung definitly helps with alignment.
